Henrietta's Pine Bakery opened its doors in Dwight, Muskoka in 1963. Currently owned by Carine & Geoff Harriss, their sons Kyle and Nicholas are also involved in this family business. Their classic "Sticky Buns" and innovative "Muskoka Clouds" remain the most popular items amongst the 150 varieties of breads and pastries. They are also renowned for their delicious sandwiches and pannini's made by Billie, Geoff's mom. On any given day in the summer, visitors and locals alike will be lined up down the highway, waiting their turn to get inside one of the most popular bakeries in the region.
